Sintered Diamond Wheels
Professional Grade Wheels for Vertical Cabbing Machines
When you've got to make more cabs than you can count, it's time to go sintered. The longest lasting wheels on the market today, with a full 3mm of diamond matrix, and solid aluminum cores, you won't believe how long these wheels last. Sintered wheels will also cut just as aggressively on the first cab as the last. If you haven't used sintered wheels before, we recommend you order one grit size larger (coarser) for sintered diamond tools as compared to plated or brazed parts. Reducer rings available to fit most machines. |

The longest lasting laps on the market today, with a full 3.5mm of diamond matrix, and precision-ground steel, you won't believe how long these laps last. Sintered laps will cut as aggressively on the first facet as the last. |

Brazed Core Drills
Professional Grade Hole Saws for drilling in stone
When you need to get the most life out of each bit as possible, it's time to step up to brazed core drills. Brazed core drills cost a little more but last a lot longer than their plated counterparts making them much more appropriate for medium to long run purposes.

Dressing Sticks
Coarse grit dressing sticks are perfect for truing up your sintered diamond tools. 80 grit (brown) works best on the coarse wheels like 30, 60, and even 80 grit.
Choose the finer grit (white) dressing sticks for the finer grit wheels as well as for refreshing sintered saw blades and core drills. NOTE: Dressing sticks are for SINTERED products only! Using them on single layer diamond tooling like plated and brazed products will quickly destroy those tools.
