Bearings and bushings in wobble and wobble bearing assemblies require constant maintenance and frequent replacement... until now! The Otley works on a ball-and-socket assembly. The ball is allowed to roll rather then rub. The two hook shaped flat springs prevent the main shaft from rotating while allowing free movement around the vertical axis. The Otley is a revolutionary patented concept. It has only one moving part, completely eliminating the bearings and bushings from the main shaft and the maintenance and downtime that go along with it. |
