Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are provided as an estimate
for US shipments. You will be billed actual
shipping charges which may be different from this
estimate. Credit Card payments will be adjusted
and billed at the time of shipment. For Shipments
outside the US, including Canada, please contact
Customer Service at 1-800-347-2020 for estimated
shipping charges and other possible shipping
options.
Some products require additional
shipping charges because of flammability or other
"Hazardous Material" classification. You will be
notified prior to shipment if any such charges
will be incurred.

Privacy Policy
We may use your personal and account
information to provide products or services you
have requested, respond to a communication from
you, and contact you.
We may occasionally
send you promotional or product information. If
you do not wish to receive promotional or product
information, you may opt out of future
communications by following the instructions in
the e-mail communication or contacting your
account manager.
If you become our
customer, we may send you updates on important
information about our company and services.
We restrict access to your personal and
account information to those who need access to
use it as set forth in this policy. Only
authorized personnel are permitted to see your
E-Account password. Your other personal and
account information may be disclosed to third
parties in limited circumstances. For example, we
may share your personal and account information
with our suppliers involved in transactions you
have initiated. We may disclose your personal and
account information to respond to subpoenas, court
orders, or other legal process, as required by
law, or to establish or exercise our legal rights
or defend against legal claims. Your personal and
account information may also be disclosed in
connection with a sale of some or all of our
business or a merger with another

Security
We use 128-bit encryption technology and Secure
Socket Layers (“SSL”) in all areas where your
personal and account information is required. We
use a third party certification to verify our site

Credit Card
Purchases
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for
online purchases. If you do not enter your credit
card information during the checkout process, and
you do not have open credit terms, we will contact
you by telephone to request your credit card
information. At that time, you may also elect to
have the shipment sent as COD. Additional COD
charges may apply and will be added to the total
COD amount due.

Backorders
Many of our products are used in conjunction
with one another. Additionally, combining products
into a single shipment incurs the least shipping
charges. For these reasons, unless otherwise
notified, we will hold available product from
shipping so that we may ship your order complete.
You may request products ship as they
become available. If you request available product
to ship, creating a backorder, you will be billed
for the products and shipping charges as each
portion of the order is shipped. This may increase
the amount you pay for shipping since some items
may ship separately. For example, two items each
weighing 1.2 pounds would be billed as a 3 pound
shipment; if shipped separately they would be
billed as two 2 pound shipments.
